Upper Room Early Learning Center
The Upper Room Early Learning Center, is dedicated to serving the needs of young children by providing a high-quality, culturally diverse early childhood program within a safe, nurturing environment. The center encourages the physical, social, emotional, creative, and cognitive development of each child through the use of developmentally appropriate practices while ensuring parents’ peace of mind in the education and services we render.
The program implements the educational and researched based Creative Curriculum, as well as the Teaching Strategies GOLD Assessment. Staff are certified and reliable in taking observational data on children using the GOLD instrument.

Families receive a report card three times per year through Parent Teacher Conferences. Families are welcome to visit or volunteer throughout the year in classroom.
The program takes State Child Care Subsidies.
